- U.S. History
- World History
- European Civilization from Renaissance to Present (UC Berkeley course)

This year I’ll be taking:

- Microbiology
- Physics (online Uni. course)
- AP Biology

I volunteer at the hospital, nursing home, local tutoring center, library (I work with the kids), and YFU. I’m involved in a German club, knitting club, book club, volleyball team, kickboxing, cancer advocate (team captain), and take a dance class. I’m “home schooled” (actually more self taught…my mother can’t keep up with me haha). I’m highly self motivated.
What else can I do? What suggestions do you have? Please add any helpful information.
Thanks! (:

you put yourself in good position but its never a gaurantee
You are on a great track. Not only do you have experience in medical aspects but you have a lot of good classes under your belt if you ever decide to change your major. Also, make sure to take it slow with the AP classes don’t get overloaded! I took all AP classes my senior year and took away from a lot of the senior activities. Make sure to have fun as well! Good Luck! It sounds like you’ve got a great head on your shoulders!
This sounds all very amazing, and if you have time to fit more into your schedule here’s some things I can think of.
- Volunteering to help at Day Camps (local Recreation Center)
- Habitat for humanity (check it out online, you can find a location near you where they’re building a house.)
- Is there something like a SADD program? “Students Against Destructive Decisions” that you can join?
- Volunteer someplace like Soup Kitchens.
I hope these idea’s help.
Good Luck! :]
