UNC is great for females who want to be kidnapped, sexually assaulted and murdered by gang members who will get more justice than the woman they murdered, but if you happen to be male, be sure to avoid UNC and go to Duke so you can be accused of raping a slut who happens to be black, so you can get accused of being a racist as well, in addition to having your families wealth drained in your defense, and well, don’t forget those death threats from the Black Panthers and other “enlightened” folks.

There are no legal copies in cyber form. The book is still under copyright protection, and Quinn has not decided to give it away. Why should he? He’s got bills to pay, same as anybody else.

Check with your libary, and if they don’t have it, ask about an inter-library loan.

There are many high school world history (or world studies) review books. The publisher called Amoco usually has good ones.

I can see you are in America so I don’t know how much help I can be, I teach Modern World History in the UK so the topics studied may not be the same. We have a great resource called bitesize revision which, as the name suggests, just helps you revise in small chunks. The schoolhistory website has some really fun interactive revision games which might motivate you and get you going! Try starting with some of these and see what you can remember, then you will know what you need to concentrate on.

The problems with applying as a home schooler are that you have no class rank and your GPA will be taken with a grain of salt. The CC classes are going to be what they consider seriously.

Would recommend both if you wish to really learn about world history and retain more of it this time around. What you miss or under-learn in one book, you’ll have a second chance to capture and nail when you study the second book!! Also, one will re-enforce the other because the same facts will be presented differently – this is called “synergy”, where two or more things work together to produce a stronger effect than just one could alone.
